Cancellation & Late Policy

We respect your busy schedule and strive to never make you wait once you arrive for your scheduled appointment time. We do our best to accommodate every client especially those waiting on the cancellation list. 

We require 24 hours or more to be able to cancel/reschedule your appointment without penalty. This allows us to be able to accommodate other clients who need a treatment. 

Cancellations within a 24 hour window will incur a charge of 60 dollars, or the loss of 1 package session.

No-shows will be invoiced for the full regular cost of the service booked. 

Packages and products once purchased, whether used or not, are strictly non-refundable.

By booking an appointment with Key Detox you acknowledge having read and agreed to these terms. 

Ladies, you mean the world to us! We want to be able to treat every one of you fairly and respect your hectic schedules. That's why it is imperative you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late more than 15 min, you will not be able to attain the full benefits of your colonic detox session. 

We would love to extend your appointment time in case you're very late, but would only be able to do so at the discretion of your therapist if the schedule permits.
