Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Key Detox you acknowledge having read and agreed to these terms.
You will have access to reschedule/cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

*NO SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours will be billed for the full amount of services booked. The above stated policy applies regardless if a package exists.
The client agrees to the terms and conditions and acknowledges Key Detox reserves the right to bill clients directly for services booked in accordance with our policies.
All services and products are strictly final sale.
Late Policy
We want to be able to treat every one of you fairly and respect your busy schedules. That's why it is imperative you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late more than 15 min, you will likely not be able to attain the full benefits of your treatment.
We would love to extend your appointment time in case you're very late, but would only be able to do so at the discretion of your therapist and if the schedule permits.
